Context

  • Investors formed Lucayan Trans Fuels, LLC in 2021 and engaged Mr. Rick Duszynski and Mr. Steve Graybill of DAI to serve as executives to aid the development.

  • Messrs. Duszynski and Graybill updated the project economics, met with the Bahamian government representatives


Risk Management

Agreements with commercial counter-parties and with key contractors are being arranged and interest in equity ownership and site operation is being solicited.
